No processing contract is necessary. We do not store or report personally identifiable information.

We process IP addresses and device information in order to determine podcast downloads/plays. This data is anonymized or pseudonymized prior to storing in our database.
Will the data be transferred to a third country? If so, which ones?
Data is gathered within the United States. No data is transferred outside of the United States.

We use anonymization and pseudonymization in order to obscure information.
When do you delete this data?
No sensitive information is stored therefore deletion is not necessary.
